SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS

LA SKENA uses specialized carriers that ensure delivery.

Upon receipt of the order, a signature will be required. For these reasons, LA SKENA cannot accept PO Boxes or mailboxes or similar location.

Tariff shipments to metropolitan France: flat fee of 10 euros for shipping costs.

Tariff shipments outside metropolitan France: shipping charges are billed at the rate shown by our partner, depending on volume, weight, time and the chosen delivery method. These amounts may be reduced by LA Skena for promotional purposes.

 Shipping costs will be displayed, together with other costs at the end of the registration of the order and prior to confirmation.

 Delivery times vary from country to country, and selected shipment types.

-For French and European destinations: 24 to 48 hours,

-For The Americas and Asia destinations: from 3 to 5 days.

-In Case of abnormal delay in delivery (greater than ten days after confirmation of shipment), thank you to inform us as soon as possible by email to serviceclient@laskena.com

 CUSTOMS

When ordering products from us for delivery outside of the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges. You should contact your local customs office for further information.

Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. Your privacy is important to us and we would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS

Without prejudice to the rights granted to you by law, this return policy, exchange and refund is applicable only for items purchased online on the website www.laskena.com. All returns, exchanges and refunds are made via the customer service of the online store. In no event an item purchased on the site LA SKENA can be reported in stores.

We advise you to check at the time of delivery compliance with the order and possible damage or anomalies on the items and their packaging. You must report any discrepancies, damage or non-compliance of items by email to serviceclient@laskena.com within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receipt.

You should then return all defective or nonconforming items within 10 (ten) days from the delivery date.

The causes of the return must be indicated legibly and clearly, accompanied by the return date and your signature on the return delivery slip supplied in all packages sent. Items must be returned in their original packaging without having been previously used, to the following address: LA SKENA, 149 rue Eugène Delaroue 77190 Dammarie-les-Lys, France.

LA SKENA supports the costs of returning the items if they actually prove to be defective or non-compliant with respect to the original order. LA SKENA can not be held responsible for any loss, delay or damage occurred during the return of the items. For these reasons and for more security, it is recommended to use the carrier partner of LA SKENA in the country of destination.

In case of defective products due to LA SKENA, you are entitled to request an exchange for an identical product or a similar product value of LA SKENA. You can also opt for cancellation and refund of the order, that LA SKENA performs as soon as possible.
